MAX4649EKA+T is a dual-supply, single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analogue switch. The MAX4649 can handle Rail-to-Rail® analogue signals and conducts analogue or digital signals equally well in either direction. The primary application areas are in the switching and routing of signals in telecommunications and test equipment. Typical applications include PBX, PABX systems, communication systems, DSL, test equipment, avionics, audio systems, redundant systems, relay replacement, PC multimedia boards.
- VL logic supply not required, rail-to-rail signal handling
- TTL/CMOS-compatible control inputs
- On-resistance is 33ohm typ at +25°C, ICOM=1mA; VNO or VNC=±10V
- On-resistance matching between channels is 0.6ohm typ at +25°C, ICOM=1mA; VNO or VNC=±10V
- On-resistance flatness is 1.5ohm typ at +25°C, ICOM=1mA; VNO or VNC=+5V, 0, -5V
- Off-isolation is 92dB typ at f=1MHz, RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, VCOM=1VRMS
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.015% typ at f=20Hz to 20KHz, RL=600 ohm, 5VRMS
- Power-supply range from ±4.5 to ±20V
- 8-pin SOT23 package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
