The Vishay VJ series are surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitors for high frequency applications. These capacitors with ultra stable dielectric material is made with a combination of design, materials and tight process control to achieve very high field reliability. It is used in RF and microwave, broadband communication, satellite communication, base stations, medical instrumentation and test, military devices and wireless devices.

• EIA 0402, 0603, 0805 case sizes are available
• Capacitance range from 0.1pF to 82pF ( 0402), 0.1pF to 470pF (0603) and 0.1pF to 1.5nF (0805)
• Rated voltage range from 25VDC to 250VDC
• Operating temperature range from -55°C to +200°C
• Temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) is 0ppm/°C ±30ppm/°C from -55°C to +125°C
• Dissipation factor (DF) is 0.05% at 1VRMS and 1MHz for values ≤ 1000pF
• Aging rate 0% maximum per decade
• Reliable noble metal electrode (NME) system
• Surface mount, wet build process
