LMR376YG-CTR is an automotive low offset low noise and rail-to rail input/output CMOS operational amplifier. This features low input offset voltage, low noise and low input bias current. It is suitable for automotive requirements such as engine control unit, electric power steering, anti-lock braking system, sensor amplifier, and so on. Application includes engine control unit, electric power steering (EPS), anti-lock braking system (ABS), automotive electronics, sensor amplifiers, battery-powered equipment, current monitoring amplifier, ADC front ends, buffer amplifier, photodiode amplifier, amplifiers.

- Low input offset voltage, low input referred noise voltage density
- 3.2MHz typical gain bandwidth product at G = 40dB
- 190μV input offset voltage max (no load, absolute value, VS = 5V, VSS = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
- Input-referred noise voltage density is 22nV/√Hz typ (f = 10Hz, VS = 5V, VSS = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 0.5pA (typ)
- Operating supply voltage range from 2.5 to 5.5V (single), ±1.25 to ±2.75V (dual)
