23LC1024T-I/SN is a 1Mbit, 2.5V to 5.5V, SPI serial SRAM with SDI and SQI interface. The memory is accessed via a simple serial peripheral interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. The bus signals required are a clock input (SCK), a data in line (SI), and a data outline (SO). Access to the device is controlled through a chip select (active-low CS) input. Additionally, SDI (serial dual interface) and SQI (serial quad interface) are supported if the user application needs faster data rates. This device also supports unlimited reads and writes to the memory array.

- Maximum clock frequency is 20MHz
- Unlimited read and write cycles, zero write time
- Byte, page and sequential mode for reads and writes, high reliability
- Standby current is 1µA typ (CS = VCC = 2.2V, Inputs tied to VCC or VSS, -40°C to +85°C)
- Input capacitance is 7pF max (VCC = 5.0V, f = 1MHz, TA = 25°C)
- Clock delay time is 25ns min (TA = -40°C to +85°C)
- Output disable time is 20ns max (TA = -40°C to +85°C)
- 8 pin SOIC package, industrial operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
