DSOX4054A is a 4000 X-series analogue channel oscilloscope. It boasts 12.1inch display, capacitive touch screen technology, InfiniiScan zone touch triggering, 1-million-waveforms/sec update rate, MegaZoom IV smart memory technology and standard segmented memory. It expands user measurement capabilities with full upgradability: Add bandwidth, digital channels, dual-ch 20MHz arbitrary WaveGen, 3-digit DVM, serial trigger and analysis and mask testing.
