The MAX4619CUE+T is a high speed, low voltage CMOS three single pole/double throw (SPDT) analogue switch in 16 pin TSSOP package. This three channel CMOS device operates continuously with +2V to +5.5V single supply. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 1nA at TA = +25°C and 10nA at TA = +85°C. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using single +5V supply. The MAX4619 is used in battery operated equipment, audio/video signal routing, communications circuits and low voltage data acquisition systems.
- Maximum switch on-resistance is 10 ohm at TA = +25°C (single +5V supply)
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Fast switching time, maximum tON is 15ns and maximum tOFF is 10ns (TA = +25°C, single +5V supply)
- Pin compatible with industry standard 74HC4053 and MAX4583 devices
- Low crosstalk of less than -96dB and charge injection of 3pC with single +5V supply
- High off isolation is less than -93dB with single +5V supply
- Low distortion of less than 0.017% (600 ohm), power supply current of ±10µA
- Maximum switch on-resistance match between channels is 1ohm at TA = +25°C (single +5V supply)
- Low on-leakage current of 0.002nA at +25°C (single +5V supply)
- Maximum switch on-resistance flatness is 1ohm with single +5V supply
