LTM®4653 is an ultralow noise 58V, 4A DC/DC stepdown μModule® regulator designed to meet the radiated emissions requirements of EN55022. Conducted emission requirements can be met by adding standard filter components. Included in the package are the switching controller, power MOSFETs, inductor, filters and support components. For high load currents, the LTM4653 can be paralleled in PolyPhase® operation and synchronized to an external clock. Only the bulk input and output filter capacitors are needed to finish the design. Applications includes avionics, industrial control and test equipment, video, imaging and instrumentation, 48V telecom and network power supplies, RF systems.
- Complete low EMI switch mode power supply, n EN55022 Class B Compliant
- Analog output current indicator, programmable input voltage limiting
- Constant-frequency current mode control, power good indicator and programmable soft-start
- Overcurrent/overvoltage/over temperature protection
- Input DC voltage range from 3.1 to 58V (TA=25°C, VIN=SVIN=48V)
- Minimum range of output voltage regulation is 0.5V (0.5V ≤ ISETa to SGND ≤ 0.94VIN, IOUT=0A)
- Typical under voltage lockout threshold is 2.85V (SVIN Rising, TA=25°C)
- Typical overvoltage lockout rising is 68V (TA=25°C)
- Oscillator frequency accuracy range from 360 to 440KHz (fSET open circuit, TA=25°C)
- 77-pin BGA package, temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
