Tuotteen yleiskatsaus
ADG1207L is a monolithic iCMOS® analogue multiplexer comprising eight differential channels. It switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differential output, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1, and A2. An EN input on both devices is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. When on, each channel conducts equally well in both directions and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. An external low voltage (VL) supply provides flexibility for lower logic control. Application includes audio and video routing, automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, communication systems, FPGA, and microcontroller systems.

- Typical source off leakage is ±0.03nA (+25°C, VD = ±10 V, VS = ±10 V)
- Typical digital input capacitance is 5pF (VDD = +15V ± 10%, VSS = –15V ± 10%, GND = 0V, +25°C)
- Typical −3dB bandwidth is 490MHz (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, +25°C)
- Typical insertion loss is −6.5dB (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, +25°C)
- 32-lead LFCSP package, temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
