Product Overview
ICS-40638 is a high AOP analogue MEMS microphone with differential output and dynamic range. It includes a MEMS microphone element, an impedance converter, and a differential output amplifier. Other high‐performance specifications include 138dB SPL acoustic overload point, tight ±1dB sensitivity tolerance and enhanced immunity to both radiated and conducted RF interference. Application includes automotive, still and video cameras, and IoT device.

- Extended frequency response from 35Hz to 20KHz
- Enhanced RF immunity, -81dB PSRR
- Sensitivity range from -44 to -42dBv (TA = 25°C, VDD = 1.52 to 3.63V)
- Dynamic range is 107dB (typ, derived from EIN and acoustic overload point)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.2% (typ, 105dB SPL, TA = 25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 1.52 to 3.63V (standard mode, TA = 25°C)
- Output common mode voltage is 1.0V (typ, OUTPUT+ and OUTPUT‐, TA = 25°C)
- Noise floor is -106dBV (typ, 20Hz to 20KHz, A‐weighted, rms, TA = 25°C)
- 5‐terminal LGA-CAV package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
