Product Overview
Z4D-C01 is a microphotonic devices (micro-displacement sensor). It enables to detect ±10µm level displacement, applicable to detect duplicated paper feeding or deflection amount.
- Displacement output changes by object colours are stabilized with signal divider circuit
- Triangulation sensing method
- 6.5 ±1mm sensing distance, analogue output type
- 5V ±10% power supply voltage
- 0.2V to (VCC - 0.3)V output voltage
- 100µs max response delay time
- 3.5V to VCC LED pulse light emission control signal voltage
- ±10µm max resolution, 2%F.S. (full scale) max linearity
- Operating temperature range from -10 to +65°C
