N1413A is a high-resistance meter fixture adapter. This is an adapter to convert connections for the accessories such as N1424, N1425, N1427, and N1428. It enables them to be controlled by the B2980B electrometers (B2985B, B2987B).
- Accommodates three cables for the N1424, N1425, N1427, and N1428
- Easy attachment
- 4-pin terminal plug for interlock connection
