CY8C6244AZI-S4D93 is a PSoC™ 62 MCU which is a high-performance, ultra-low-power and secured MCU platform, purpose-built for IoT applications. The CY8C62x4 product line, based on the PSoC™ 6 MCU platform, is a combination of a dual CPU microcontroller with low-power flash technology, digital programmable logic, high-performance analogue-to-digital conversion and standard communication and timing peripherals.
- 32-bit dual CPU subsystem, 150/50 CM4 CPU speed (LP/ULP)
- 100/25 CM0+ CPU speed (LP/ULP)
- Flexible clocking options: IMO, ILO, on-chip crystal oscillators, PLL, FLL
- 256KB flash, 128KB SRAM
- 2x 12-bit SAR ADC and 2 op-amp with low-power operation modes
- Capacitive Sigma-Delta (CSD) provides best-in-class SNR, liquid tolerance, and proximity sensing
- Hardware acceleration for symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic methods and hash functions
- True random number generation (TRNG) function
- One CAN FD block and 62 GPIO
- 80-pin TQFP package
