Product Information
Product Overview
OP400 is a quad operational amplifier. It features an extremely low input offset voltage of less than 80μV with a drift of less than 0.6μV/°C, guaranteed over the full military temperature range. Open-loop gain of the device is more than 5 million into a 10Kohm load, input bias current is less than 0.75nA, common-mode rejection (CMR) is more than 135dB, and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) is less than 0.2μV/V. On-chip Zener zap trimming achieves the low input offset voltage of the device and eliminates the need for offset nulling. The device conforms to the industry-standard quad pinout, which does not have null terminals.
- Supply current per amplifier is 600μA typ at (VS = ±15V, TA = +25°C)
- Low noise voltage density is 11nV/√Hz at 1kHz
- Stable with large capacitive loads is 10nF typical
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 16-lead SOIC-W
