DG506ACWI+

The DG506ACWI+ is a monolithic CMOS analogue multiplexer in 28 pin WSOIC package. The device is a single 16 channel (1 of 16) multiplexer, this multiplexer will not latchup if the power supply is turned off and the input signal still present as long as absolute maximum ratings are not violated. It consumes significantly less power, making it ideal for portable equipment.
