Product Overview
ADG842 is a low voltage CMOS device containing a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switch. ADG842 is open for a logic 1 input. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The ADG842 exhibit break-before-make switching action. Typical applications include handsets PDAs, MP3 players, power routing, battery-powered systems, communication systems, Modems and PCMCIA cards.
- Ultralow on resistance of 0.28ohm typical at +25°C and 0.48ohm max at 125°C
- Excellent audio performance, ultralow distortion of 0.025ohm typical and 0.052ohm max RON flatness
- 1.65V to 3.6V single supply
- High current carrying capability of 300mA continuous current, 500mA peak current at 3.3V operation
- Rail-to-rail operation
- Typical power consumption (<lt/>0.01µW)
- Compatible with 1.8V CMOS logic
- Total harmonic distortion (THD + N) of 0.012%
- 6 lead SC70 package
- Automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
