ADG451BRZ-REEL

ADG451 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable switches. It is designed on an enhanced LC²MOS process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analogue input range, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. Fast switching speed, coupled with high signal bandwidth, makes the parts suitable for video signal switching. CMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation, making the parts ideally suited for portable and battery powered instruments. It is used in applications such as relay replacement, audio and video switching, automatic test equipment, precision data acquisition, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, communication systems, PBX, PABX systems, avionics.

• On resistance is 4ohm typical at (VD = -10V to +10V, IS = -10mA)
• On resistance flatness is 0.2ohm typical at (VD = -5V, 0V, +5V, IS = -10mA)
• 44V supply maximum ratings, ±15V analogue signal range
• Fully specified at ±5V, 12V, ±15V
• Ultralow power dissipation is 18μW, ESD 2KV
• Continuous current is 100mA, TTL-/CMOS-compatible
• tON is 70ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF, VS = ±10V)
• tOFF is 60ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF, VS = ±10V)
• Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -90dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 16-lead SOIC_N
