Product Overview
AD8622 is a dual channel precision rail-to-rail output operational amplifier. The device has an input bias current cancellation circuitry that provides a very low input bias current over the full operating temperature. Many systems can take advantage of the low noise, dc precision, and rail-to-rail output swing provided by the device to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range for low power operation. It is widely used in application such as portable precision instrumentation, laser diode control loops, strain gauge amplifiers, medical instrumentation, thermocouple amplifiers etc.
- Very low offset voltage is 125μV max
- Supply current/amplifier is 215μA typ at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 200pA max at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C), unity gain stable
- Low input offset voltage drift is 1.2μV/°C max at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Very low voltage noise is 11nV/√Hz typ at (f = 1kHz)
- Operating voltage range is ±2.5V to ±15V
- Slew rate is 0.28V/μs typ at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF AV = 1)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 120dB typ at (VCM = −1.3V to +1.3V)
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
