BD52E26G-MTR

The BD52E26G-MTR is a free delay time setting CMOS voltage detector in 5 pin SSOP package. It is highly accurate, low current consumption voltage detector IC with a capacitor controlled time delay. The line up includes BD52Exxx devices with N-channel open drain output. It is used in circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset for automotive applications such as car navigation, car audio, meter panel, exterior lamp etc.

• High accuracy detection voltage of ±1.0%
• Delay time controlled by external capacitor
• Ultra low current consumption of 0.95μA
• Very small, lightweight and thin package
• Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
